I use this cleanser on my whole face. Like any other cleanser you need to rinse well. As long as I rinse well it does not bother my eyes. This cleanser has saved my face and cleared up my rosacea bumps. It's the best.

It doesn't irritate them but it also doesn't remove eye makeup. I can be used on eyes, but you'll have to use something else, too.
