It can be used on hands and arms. The time before you see results varies, two weeks to six months. The slimlight is a better value.

How is the Baby Quasar different from the other red and blue light products that you offer? What justifies the high price?

This products is 2 to 3 times the cost of other similar products. I am willing to purchase if it provides stronger LED wavelength or something that would make it work better. But I don't see a difference.
