From my experience with Perricone MD products, they have leakproof caps.

You should apply sunscreen over whatever product you use just before putting on your makeup (usually moisturizer). Most foundations have sunscreen; if yours doesn't, then apply sunscreen and when it's absorbed, add your foundation. I would use a moisturizer with sunscreen

I didn't have a problem traveling on the plane with it. I put them in zoploc bags and make sure it's zipped. On the way down something leaked, but I am not sure what- couldve been a different product I had in the bag. There wasn't any for of leaking on the return flight.I put sunscreen on after the toner and firming facial cream. Either in place of the moisturizer or after it. Let each product dry a little bit before going to the next step.
