I don't wear contacts, but you should not be using this product on your eyelids, only around the ocular ring, like your brow bone and the area under your eye and the outside of your eye. I can say that I suffer from very severe dry eye and this does not make that condition any worse. I have never developed any bumps or other skin problems from this product, so I do believe it is non-comedogenic.. I have been using it for a couple of years now,

I wear contact lenses and have not had a problem at all. I have been told that the products were Het-Cam tested (I believe that is to see if a product will be okay around the eyes)
