Which day moisturizer to choose?

Hi,

I am currently using Retin-A Micro, as prescribed by my doctor. I am looking for a day-time moisturizer that will help ease the side effects of the medication (really dry, irritated skin) and to continue using even after my face regains normalcy. Would you recommend that I try the Yonka Creme or Yonka Pamplemousse? Thank you!
