I have very sensitive, oily (but red in the t-zone) skin, and find this product exceptionally soothing. It's fragrance free and (at least on my skin), doesn't appear to contain any irritants. I would definitely give it a try!

Looking at the ingredients in this product, it looks very active. Do you have any marine allergies? You might want to print out the ingredients and show them to your caring physician to see if it will interact with anything you are currently using for rosacea.
