I personally use it on wet hair. A little goes a long way. I feel it blends better on wet hair but I am sure just a drop on dry hair will work too.

I use it on my hair when it is wet, right before I'm about to blowdry it. It helps using it before heat styling because it hydrates my hair and makes it smooth and shiny!

Hi,
I used it to dry hair....works better, but can also be used on towel-dried hair.
