No you shouldn't. The c and the retin a combined might be too harsh. I would first seek medical advice,

No not advised, vitc should be used as first step in the morning and retin A in evening.

Yes, they can work together. Clearly Retin is effective, but its effect take longer to be realized, while Vitamin C seems to make a difference immedialtely.

I am not a doctor, but when using Retin A I don't use anything else until I'm done with that regimen. You will get more results from the Retin A if you use it alone.

Two different items-vitamin C & E has its own applicator-SkinMedica Vitamin C + E Complex is an all in one item. The chambers release the C+E along with the other ingredients. So you have all in one instead of separate C+E. Totally easy and fabulous.
