Is this to be applied after shampooing, to wet hair? Or is it a spray to be used once the hair is already dry?

I dry my hair 60% then spray it in and continue to style with my round brush

I spray it on my roots before I dry my hair. If you want to spiff up your hair at the end of the day before going out, you can spray it on your dry hair, then blow dry with a round brush to plump up your hair.

Apply to damp hair, before drying. A good product for occasional use. I find that with regular use it "builds up" on my hair and is very drying.
