The percentage doesn't change with quantity used- like sunscreen. If you slather on one layer of SPF15 or two, it's still SPF15.

what is the % of vitamin C

The previous "answer" didn't answer the question - different products (mostly serums) have varying % (amount of concentrate) of C, e.g. 5%, 20% (see Obagi as an example)...it's not clear what the amount is in this product.
Can someone who actually 1) read & understood the question, and 2) has an informed answer....like a Cosmedix aesthetician.... answer??
