Not a foam at all. When your using it, it feels like it isnt cleaning. It is kind of creamy but when used with water it has no texture.

hi...pardon the contradiction, but this cleanser is a watersoluble lotion cleanser. pevonia does a good job with keeping their their cleansers grease-free. however, if you want a gel, the phyto gel is gel based...check it out.
