I do have large pores in my nose area (genetic, I think since my Mom & Grandmother both had same). I don't know that the product makes any difference, but I did see that they offer a different Pevonia product that specifically targets the pore problem. I haven't used it yet. My skin is quite sensitive, so I'm introducing the Pevonia products one at a time. I've just ordered the eye cream, and if that continues to work well, I'll try the pore treatment.
I've also ordered a Clarasonic face cleaning (hand-held) machine. My daughter has successfully been using that for about a year, and the reviews for that do frequently mention pore shrinkage as one result.

Nothing will actually shrink pore size, it's the chemistry make up of your skin. If you use exfoliating products such as salicylic acids, glycolic acids, or even scrubs they will help to keep your pores clean, making them appear smaller as there isn't any build up.
