I apply foundation over this product, with a mineral powder over the foundation. The Stila One Step seems to aid in a smoother finish when done.

Sunscreen and moisturizer goes on before this product. After your apply the one step correct let it sit for about 1 minute then put on your foundation, either powder or liquid. I only use Laura Geller balance and brighten. This product evens out your skin tone. Foundation goes on really nice with this product. I used to use something else as my primer, I now use only this.

I actually put a light moisturizing lotion with SPF 15 on my face first. I then use an under-eye cream, and use the Too Faced primer mostly on the bridge of my nose and cheeks, with some on my forehead and chin. I then put on a light layer of foundation, as the primer helps the foundation "stick" to your face. I then finish off the foundation with a light layer of powder, which I apply with an oversized, soft-bristle kabuki brush. So technically I use all of the above in the above order!
