It is best to not over exfoliate, so, no, I would definitely recommend that the Micro-Exfoliating Scrub be used only 2-3 times a week. I am a medical esthetician and this is what I firmly believe. One wants to preserve and protect our skin, not destroy it!

Yes, but make sure you follow the cleansing with a good moisturizer.

Can be used everyday at least once.
Cleanse your face first, then use this scrub, (it exfoliates and polishes). Follow with toner to balance skin PH.
