When you buy this brand new is there a foil tab over top of tube? Got mine and it feels half gone.

If I remember correctly it indeed had a foil over the tube, but that was the old packaging...don't know about the new one.

it's a mask, it should be okay for well over two years. especially due to the packaging (although not air tight, it's still better than a jar)
