Full adult legs you may be barely able to complete. The documentation states 750 pulses per lamp. It does not matter what level of intesity you place the lamp at. Would recommend having a spare at all the times. The machine is very smart and gives you the warning before hand. After warning, there are not enough pulses left to do the full round of two legs.

On neck, yes. I Have not tried above the neck.

I started out at the lowest setting and worked my way to the highest by the 3rd use. Even at the highest setting, it does not hurt.

Depends on the tone color of your skin. It does not work on darker skin shades. On the lowest setting, you must be careful of the light flash near your eyes and the sting may be too uncomfortable for some people to tolerate on their face. Does it work on facial hair? probably yes over time, but you cannot shave the hair during the treatment period 1 to 3 months.
