You should use the Phloretin Serum in the morning. Blemish and Age Defence serum should be used at night because it includes retinol

Yes, you can. My aesthetician recommended first applying the Blemish and Age Defense and then the Phloretin CF. I do this every morning and follow it up with a hydrating B5 gel and sunscreen.

No you can't. You should be very careful while you use Retin-A included products. You can use the Retin-A once in a day (use it only at night but not every night). And you can not use any product after you apply retin-A
