Question

Why only One Zap?

Works well for single blemishes. Understand about 2 minute limit per, but why do i have to wait 4+ hours to treat a second (or third) blemish?

I don't wait 4 hours. Sometimes I use it 3 times within the first hour and it works

Don't buy cheap batteries. That's your problem. This this is awesome but it does require a lot of energy. Cheap alkaline batteries can't provide the energy it needs. If you're buying cheap alkaline batteries, you'll be replacing them every 8-10 uses. Buy LITHIUM batteries! I put them in 2 weeks ago and have used the Zap 4-5 a day since then, its still going strong.

I don't think that's correct. I think you can treat your entire face at one time but if you want to go over the area again they advise you to wait 4 hrs before hitting it again.

i dont know why my product lasts for 3 seconds vibrating instead of 2 minutes that "direction for use" said.

If it only last 3 seconds, it looks like you need new batteries. Otherwise, it's defective. It should be two minutes.
