I always use skin care items first, then SkinCeutical Physical Fusion SPF 50. I rarely use foundation and I like the way this product looks alone on my skin. If I do use a foundation, I apply it over the sunscreen.

I apply all my skincare products and then this product. All the professionals, i.e., Dr. Oz, Dermatologists, etc., say that sunscreen should be applied last.

I apply skincare first and let it soak in if I'm going to use anything. This product stands on it's own as a moisturizer and foundation so I very often just apply this and blush.

Put products on first, then makeup and then sunscreen. That is what I do in any case. Let a few minutes pass as you add each product.

yes, it is very lightweight and non-greasy!

I think it is good for oily skin. While it won't absorb oil, it will not aggravate skin and it is so very light. I put this on and then use a blotter to absorb oil. My skin looks matte afterwards. I blot again at lunch time.

I don't know about being good for oily skin but it does not increase oily-ness. I have combination skin and it does not cause acne or increased oily-ness.

My skin can be oily since I live in a humid climate and I love this product. It may feel a little greasy at first but give it time to soak in and use sparingly at first till you find the right amount for you. I set with a powder after it soaks in and have enjoyed using it.

I've never tried this product before, but I can suggest one that is great for oily skin. I myself have oily skin and have been searching for a product to rectify this problem for years and I've finally found it!! It's DCL Super Sheer Sunscreen SPF 50. It's amazing!

I've never used the Physical Defense but I use this, Fusion, all the time because it's sheer. I purchased 2 bottles for the summer so I won't run out. My skin can be sensitive to sunscreens and I have no problems with this one. I live in a very humid climate and it feels great. I will use it right into the fall.

Question

Will this SPF be use on Medium to Tan skin?

I use daily a SPF 30 Medium to Tan tinted moisturizer (Neutrogena),... Is this product a "tinted" for light skin only?
After reading reviews, I am a little bit confused! I am a medium to darker skin, I'm not sure weather this product may or may not appropriate for me.

Please advise!

Thank you

I am light- medium complected and I like that this gives me a little color.I would call this more of a medium toned color than light. It definitely doesn't give that white pastie look of thicker zinc sunscreens.

Ariel, I have medium skin and this product works for me. The tint is very slight and it's also sheer. It's also very concentrated so my Dermatologist recommended it and she shared a trick about application. She said to apply it while your face is still slightly moist (from your moisturizer, etc.) and then the product goes on as evenly and lightly as possible. When I apply it I don't really see added color to my face and neck - just a smoother overall look. Hope this helps.

I have medium skin color and I don't see the tint show up at all, in fact I'm not sure why its tinted since its not noticeable at all. I think its so sheer that anyone can wear it.

I wear Bare Mininerals medium beige foundation and this tinted ss looks perfect on my skin. If you are medium to darker...it may be a little light for you.

When applied it feels almost like a thin oil but within minutes it has been absorbed. It is not oily although it feels like it. I love the product because of its lightness and blends well with my skin (fair with slight pink cast). It would rub off on the phone or sunglasses if you did not wait for it to be absorbed (5 min. more or less).
