What exactly is a laser cut diamond head? Diamond shape or diamond crystals?

I would like to see more images of the wand along with more product details.

I returned this product and purchased PMD. It was difficult to gain good contact with the skin for the suction to be beneficial. The PMD works alot better. The " diamond crystals" resemble one of those permanent nail files.
