I've been using a wonderful 3Lab eye serum for almost a year, and after 2 months of daily Opal use, I swear I'm seeing more dramatic results from it. It took a week or two of regular use to become noticeable on me, but I'm reluctant to stop using it now.

Does the "Opal" help with puffiness around the eyes.

I have "heritary" water pods/pads above and below the eyes. I'm seeking methods for reducing these.

It seems to be more effective with attacking fine lines and dryness than puffiness for me, but I focus the action more on the outer corners of my eyes according to manufacturer directions. If it's helping my serums penetrate more effectively, I'm hoping the puffiness will respond more in time.

Question

Infusion system only beeped this morning when I pressed the button and did not turn on.

I have never had my product fail to turn on. Could it be that I have not been placing it on the charger correctly? It only beeped twice when I pressed the button and I have never had this happen before. I use it twice a day every day. Tell me what I need to do. Thanks
