I was wondering the same thing and spoke with a representative at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare and was told it is intended for daily use. She did say, however, you may want to initially use it every other day until your skin adjusts to the product. If you have no issues, you can definitely use it daily.

I believe they suggest every day, but I used it every other day. I also used it on my neck. It's a good idea to store the box and/or packets in a ziplock bag and keep it away from a heater.
