Do you honor a 20 week return policy if not satisfied with the hairmax 12?

My understanding prior to ordering the hairmax 12 was that if not satisfied, I could return for up to 20 weeks. Now I see that it applies only to purchases on the hairmax website. Also, it was not made clear that this product has been shown to work only on certain pattern hair loss. It sounds too risky to keep if I can't return it after a defined trial period.
