I use the NuFace on my full face, as well as, my full neck and upper chest area. Have had no problems other than the normal sting that comes along with the NuFace. Be sure to use the gel to make the NuFace glide easily. To be honest, I prefer to use any Argan oil rather than the gel. It makes the NuFace glide easier , it lasts longer than gel and it is cheaper.

According to the instructions, you can't use this directly under your eyes (where the hollow is). However, just by using it around your face and especially your forehead, you'll find that your eyes are lifted and there is less shadow under your eyes due to the lifting effect.

I live in USA and carry a converter with me when travelling and have not had any problems. Sometimes electronics do not last as long when using a converter plug but the Clarisonic is wonderful.

Question

how does this compare to old nuface?

I have used the old nuface regularly for a couple years, I have a hard time noticing if it helps, but i get loads of compliments on my 56 year old skin, so it must be working. Is this new machine supposed to work on same areas? I am not supposed to use the old nuface around the mouth area..i need some help there. Can this one work on mouth area?

Yes, use it exactly the same as the original NuFace. Current is pretty much the same intensity.
What is different:
It does not use batteries. It sits on a cradle and is rechargeable, electrical outlet required.
It has a removable head, easier to clean. I've read other attachments may become available but no idea for what use yet.
It has a timer, beeps, to let you know how long to move it along the area.
Ergonomic, easier to hold.
You can reduce the intensity if you wish, but if you apply gel you shouldn't feel it at the highest intensity which is best.
New conductivity gel is available, paraben free, however I use aloe vera gel which I find lasts longer. The gel that is sold with it seems to dry up fast and is expensive.
