Slilghtly tinted.. not orange or pink so it's good for my yellow-ish color skin.

Yes it has a tint to it, however it is a "universal" neutral color that is intended to match various skin tones, to balance out the complexion, not necessarily provide coverage. A bit on the lighter side in my opinion.
