Temprary fix or treatment to "fix" issues around the eye area...???

Is this a temporary " fix " or will this, after daily , repeated use, help to premanently tighten and lift lax, droopy skin, help to tighten the skin around the eye area so fine lines are minimized and also tighten the " drooping " skin between the eyebrow to the top of the eyelids ...???

Nothing is permanent except plastic surgery. You will still have to use it to keep the effects. How do you think they stay in business?
