The Advance Hydrating Complex has Hyaluronic Acid as an ingredient and the Replenish Hydrating Cream does not. You always want to find Hyaluronic Acid as an ingredient in your creams. Hyaluronic Acid is defined as a component of skin; when used in cosmetics, can be a great water binding ingredient. This keeps moisture in your skin, and you'll know you have a great moisturizer if this is an ingredient. I would go with the Advance Hydrating Complex.

It does not have oil! I got this originally from my dermatologist and made absolute sure it didn't.
