I've used both, and I prefer the Advanced Hydrating Cream for winter months. I had been using the Advanced Hydrating Complex for about a year, but my skin was still feeling dry despite using it twice a day when the cold winter air hit (and I'm in the "sunny South"). I'm going to see if I want to go back to the Complex once the weather turns warm & humid...right now it's hard to predict because I love what the Cream is doing for my skin. And, by the way, a little bit goes a long way.

The Advanced Hydrating cream is heavier and may not be tolerated by all skin types. The replenish hydrating cream is lighter in consistency.

The Advance Hydrating Complex has Hyaluronic Acid as an ingredient and the Replenish Hydrating Cream does not. You always want to find Hyaluronic Acid as an ingredient in your creams. Hyaluronic Acid is defined as a component of skin; when used in cosmetics, can be a great water binding ingredient. This keeps moisture in your skin, and you'll know you have a great moisturizer if this is an ingredient. I would go with the Advance Hydrating Complex.
