The "11" s are collagen reduction related. It did smooth out my neck crepiness, but my "11" s are pretty much there. Even Rx couldn't rescue. It does plump up the laugh lines and I tap in on my little crows feet and noticed it helped alot.

All moisturizers will minimize the appearance of wrinkles, but if you really want to address your wrinkles, I suggest that you use a treatment product targeted towards that problem. Philosophy has the When Hope is Not Enough Serum and the newer Miracle Worker line. The latter line has a number of treatment products that address all signs of aging - wrinkles, loss of elasticity, etc. I use the treatment products with very good results.

This is a mainly a moisturizer- if you want something that fills lines or builds collegen, etc. I think you need to try one of the more specialty products. I don't have the '11', but I do have deep lines around the mouth. I use their Hope is Not Enough Serum and now I've added the Help Me products, which does seem to soften the lines.
