La Roche Posay's Active C/Normal & Combination is for people with normal to oily skin. It is in a less moisturing base but contains the same 5% ascorbic acid (C) that it's dry formula does. The Formula for dry is more moisturizing and is strictly recommended for dry skin, meaning overall dryness. If you have acne and just started to have dry skin, it may be your dry skin is due to the treatments you are using for your acne. If that's the case, you should probably stick with Active C/Normal & combination skin and ease off the use of the acne treatment products till your skin has a chance to rebalance itself. You can get too much of a good thing and the last thing you want is dry skin that is trying to fignt acne as well. You might also like to try La Roche Posay's Thermal Spring Water after cleansing and/or intermittently throughout the day. It's a fine mist containing minerals such as selenium that are very good for the skin while rehydrating it without grease or oil. It is also pH balanced which helps to reestablish the proper acid mantle to the skin that aggressive treatments can disturb causing excessive dryness.
