The amount of ingredients from topical agents that enter the breastmilk is minimal. While vitamin A is teratogenic in utero, it is only at toxic levels, which I highly doubt you will be experiencing with this (or any) topical agent.

My pores seem smaller.
I am using this with some prescription HQRA and my spots are lighter. But I think they may be lighter from the HQRA.
In combination they work well together. I was told by my dermatologist to use it.

I would recommend Dr. Brandt Needles No More. Also if you are going to use a Retinol for the rest of your face rather use Osmosis Vitamin A Serum which is Retinol but does not make your skin sensitive to sun. I have a strong skin so use Level 4 but you may want to start with something lighter. Mix it with the Osmosis Clear Plus as your skin will absorb the product a lot better. You can also use the Clear Plus with your regular moisturizer. I started using Osmosis about nine months ago. I am 54 and am blessed with a good skin but Osmosis products have managed to make even my skin look better. I also love their "Polish Firming Mask" - apologize for rambling and going off the point but I was very skeptical before starting Osmosis and now I love it. Very firming and worth every cent.
