If used everyday it might- as with any bleaching/whitening products. I use it 2-3 times a week and have no problem. i love it !

Is this system safe to use everyday instead of regular toothpaster?

I know that you are only supposed to use bleaching trays or whitestrips once every 6 months, but is this safe for your teeth instead of toothpaste?

No only is it safe, it's better for your tooth enamel! I've been using this for years now, and I will NOT put regular toothpaste anywhere near my teeth now because of it...it feels like sand! I bet that stuff is doing massive damage to tooth enamel!
