Pump bottle but the pump doesn't work well (see my review) so I would recommend another product such as Citrix.

It is a pump bottle, and one pump is all you need for full application over face & neck. It spreads beautifully.

I read that to be effective, you must have at least 20% Vitamin C in the serum. Otherwise it just sits on top of the face and doesn't penetrate. What is the % of this serum?

It is 12%.

Question

Old products simply don't work...

I have purchased other vitamin C serums before and noticed that when the product is fresh it works pretty well; however, when such products are purchased online they normally don't work at all because they aren't stored properly (cool and dry place) or they are near expiration date!
As an example, I purchased Silky C by DDF directly from Sephora and it worked beautifully; when I ran out, I purchased it from an online store (can't remember the name) and it did not work at all.... it seemed to have lost it's potency!!
What is everyone's experience when purchasing products from this website? Are they fresh and stored properly?
Thanks,
Linda.

I've been a skinstore customer for several years and have never had a less-than-fresh product delivered.

I've had a generally good experience when ordering products from this site. If the product is sealed, stored in a box, and within it's expiration, it should be fine.
