i think it is around $25. I guess you liked this product. It had absolutely no effect on my skin. Plus, I broke out from the gel. I am glad your experience was much better than mine.

Question

Is this device considered a "galvanic" system?

I wonder if this compares with the "NuSkin Galvanic Spa" system. Has anybody out there tried that one or compared it to the NuFace device?

I have heard that this is NOT considered galvanic. It is microcurrent. I'm not sure about the difference but I have seen at least 3 sites that state this is not galvanic.

answer 2
No, galvanic and microcurrent are 2 different technologies. galvanic uses direct current which can only pull out product or penetrate product. the size of the current is 1000 times bigger than microcurrent which means it does not penetrate as deeply. microcurrent works at a cellular level.

I have extremely sensitive skin & rosacea & I had no problems at all. I would just say that where I have rosacea is not where I used this product though.

Hi! I bought a NuFace device from SkinStore and returned it. I just didn't see it working for me the way it claims to. I didn't feel anything when using it on my cheeks/side of face, but I did feel a tingling on my scalp when I ran it from my eyebrows up to my hairline. Anyway, I returned it because the expense didn't justify the lack of results that I wanted to see.

Any warranty?

The warranty is 1 year. You can extend it by paying extra. I suggest don't get the device.
NuFace provides the worst service. My device DIED in 5 months and I didn't use it very often, about 2 times a week. They said this device was designed to "LIVE" on the plugged-in cradle 24/7. I went to travel the first week of July so I unplugged everything at home, of course my NuFace Trinity was unplugged. When I came back, wanted to use it. It DIED. I could never turn it on. I contacted with NuFace, they said it should LIVE ON THE CRADLE. If what she said was true, I think the design is super stupid! And when it comes to the warranty issue, their representative is RUDE! She literally said If you want a refund, you should go back to SkinStore because NuFace didn't take your money. I was very upset about their service.
