Yes, you can (and I have) use this on your face and body. It does absorb quickly unless the day is high in humidity. However, I find that it stings my eyes (I wear contacts) when I perspire a lot or participate in outdoor/water activities (hiking, whitewater rafting, etc.) so I primarily use in from the neck down. I believe this product is endorsed by lifeguards so it has its merits. I use Celezome 30 on my face. I'm in my mid-40s and very fair skinned who lived in Bungalow Heaven and now living in Phoenix and it is part of my daily regimen. Good luck!
