I tan year-round in a tanning bed. Can I use this product without adverse effects?

I see no reason why there would be adverse effects.

In my opinion, by using a tanning bed you are aging your skin needlessly.

If you tan or spend extended time in the sun you should not use any products with retinol. The retinol in this product will make your skin much more sensitive in general and to light. I would NOT tan and use this cream. I would be very afraid of my skin burning.

Oh Yes! I have the most sensitive skin and it has nothing that caused irritation. I give it a thumbs up despite the price.

I'm going to say no on this one. I have very sensitive skin and I thought this promoted breakouts. I actually don't use retinol at all on my lower face - just on my forehead.
