Question

I was told that it is necessary to take a break from using a course of Vitamin C. Is this true?

A dermatogolist that I used to see, recommended a jar of vitamin C ampoules. I was supposed to use one a day. He said that when the jar (about a month's use) is finished, I needed to take a break as the vitamin C will continue to work for awhile and after that, to start up again.

I don't remember if the dermatologist every told me how long the break should be.

I recentrly bought your product which is Turbo booster C powder.
There are 7digit numbers on the side of the brown bottle and it says '0705311'.
I'm wondering whether it means the manufactured date or not. if not how I know the manufactured date or expire day of this product?
