Questions & Answers for Celazome Celazome Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 30 Active Sport
How much past the expiration date is the product still useful?
I buy this every year and never use it up, because I only use it on my face, and don't use it when the weather is rainy or I am not outdoors.

EXPIRATION DATE: 0 days. Seriously, sunscreen lasts 6 mo (all chemical) - 2 yrs (all mineral / physical) after production date. And even less in the heat of the glove compartment or the beach.
AMOUNT: There shouldn't be any left. The "serving size" for the lotions or creams is a teaspoon for your face and neck, and an ounce for your body.
FREQUENCY: You're supposed to use broadspectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher (50 for fair skin), preferably all physical, on your face, ears, neck, chest, hands, arms, feet (in sandals) and ALL other exposed skin EVERYDAY, INSIDE or out, year round. And reapply every 2 hrs (1 hour for fair skin).
TIP: It's easiest to use lotion or cream formulas for the first application, and reapply with sprays on your body (beach / pool), powders or setting sprays on your face (daily / work / school). And don't forget SPF 30+ hand cream and lip balm, too!
