HAS THIS PRODCUT BEEN OPTHAMOLOGIST TESTED/APPROVED?

I HAVE NOT USED THIS PRODUCT YET, BUT IT 'S DESCRIPTION SEEMS THAT IT WOULD BE AN ANSWER TO MY EYE PROBLEMS -- PUFFINESS, -- EYELID AND DARK CIRCLES.
I AM VERY CONCERNED IF AN EYECARE CREAM HAS BEEN TESTED AND APPROVED BY AN OPTHAMOLOGIST. AND, SINCE THIS PARTICULAR CREAM CAN SPECIFICALLY BE USED FOR THE UPPER EYELID,: AS MOST EYE-WRINKLE CREAMS CANNOT BE USED ON THE EYELID.
WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE.

Skin is skin, whether it's male or female... of course a man can use this product!! "Men's" skin care is typically for the shaving area.... eyes are all the same!
