answer 1
I'm half Asian, so I understand the skin tone you're referring to although my skin is more of a medium/light shade
as opposed to "very fair". I'm also a licensed cosmetologist & esthetician, so I've done a ton of make-overs and am very familiar with matching makeup with skin tones. In the Dermablend line, I use NATURAL BEIGE because it has a yellow base, which is what you need. You may want to do one shade lighter, but stay in the yellow-based family. You will NOT look pink or orange! You've been choosing the wrong shades if you're pulling pink or orange. Going too dark will give you an orange appearance as well. So go one shade lighter than the Natural Beige and you should be good to go! (Make sure it doesn't look pink on the color chart!) Good luck. You'll love the coverage and finish of this foundation when you get the shade right.
