After your toner, pat it on gently over your face, smoothing it lightly over skin. It will soak in, guaranteed. Then I use moisturizer/primer/foundation.

This would be used after toner and can take the place of or be mixed into your regular moisturizer for added benefits.

After toner, as a serum under moisturizer if you still need moisturizer after application.
