Questions & Answers for Peter Thomas Roth Peter Thomas Roth Viz 1000
Is this product good for oily skin areas?
A sample of this was given to me by a retailer for use in my t-zone area, as it's very oily & my make up tends to literally melts off this area of my face. I tried it & it seemed to work, much better than an oil matifier I'd been using. I purchased some today and was very surprised at the cost. So to be sure before I opened it I wanted to check, as I live on a very limited income.

I have combination skin and I have used this product in the past in the wintertime. This can't, in my opinion, clog any pores but if you live in CA and it is the summer I wouldn't recommend it. There are other hyaluronic acid (this product's key ingredient) products that are very reasonable (think more like $15) that would probably be a better bet. I think Derm-e has a very light hyaluronic hydrating serum. Basically, though, I am a little confused why you were looking at this product if you had previously been using a mattifier because they are opposite products. Good luck! (and definitely don't splurge on this if you aren't 100% comfortable)
