Hi,

I have been using and buying this item from you for a couple of years. The last time (about 2 months ago) I bought item again from you and was very disappointed. The texture of this moisturizer was very rough. It felt more like a body scrub instead of silky and smoothy like it was used to be.
Since I really like this product, I would like to know was that because simply the one I got was from a bad batch or the manufacture did change the ingredients so the texture is kind rough.
