When my skin is dry or irritated, I do use it as a serum & then apply cream.

This is definitely too rich to layer under an eye cream; this is an eye cream un to itself. If you are looking for a good serum try the ole truth is in the eyes serum.

can this be used as a serum under eye cream for daytime use?

I am looking for an eye serum to use under eye cream and am wondering whether this product is so moisturizing in itself that you don't need to use a cream on top. Thanks!
