It gives off no UV light so yes... this light is literally safer than walking to your care during daylight.

will the baby quaser baby blue make your face skin smooth from acne scars, and enlarged pores

I am so conscious about the way my face looks, I have acne scars and enlarged pores. I did Microneedling in 2010, but was not succefull. I would like to have my face smooth and soft again. I went to a plastic surgeon in 2011 and he mentioned the CO2 Laser surgery, but when he mentioned the cost, I was hesitiant.

Blue is best for killing bacteria to prevent future acne. If you're looking for something for smoothing out and healing, i'd look for a RED unit. There are also units that come with blubs that give off the blue and red, and ones that have bulbs that you trade out (red, blue, and green).
So id look in the 660nm range more than this (the 415 range).
Check out BrightTherapy, Beauty Essence, Sirius SS77, and such....
