You should check with your doctor\, but it seems like it would be. Its very mild and moisturing. (Its not an acid based creme)

If you have extreme sensitivities to products, or know of some special reason collagen should not be absorbed through skin while pregnant, you may want to consult your OB/GYN. That said, I have had four children and I was relatively cautious--I never touched caffeine, saccharin, or colored my hair during pregnancy. I would feel comfortable if I were pregnant now using Elemis, because the ingredients are never harsh and I think of their products as being some of the safest, least irritating on the market
In particular, the pro-collagen marine cream is one of my favorite products of all time--its a very gentle moisturizer and one i turn to if my skin is irritated or healing from some kind of trauma (usually from trying a non-Elemis product!:) Congratulations!
