I have Rosacea which sometimes appears as eczema on my face. With it comes pimples too. I started using this cleanser and also used Pevonia RS2 concentrate. (At night use Decleor Aroma night rose d'orient soothing night balm - which is very greasy but u only use a bit). My skin is all cleared up - within less than a week! I usually can't use anything with glycolic acid but this one is very gentle and works so well. I use it in the shower and in the morning. (I also have a small patch of eczema on my wrist. I put some Eczema lotion on it and covered with a bandaid which I change every day. Within about 5 days the eczema was almost gone.) Good luck!
