When is the best time to use this product, morning or night?

I use MD formulations cleanser at night, followed by anti-oxydent hydrating gel and critical care shielding creme. In the morning I just use the shielding creme. I have sensitive, aging skin and am 68.

Morning; Retinol at night and glycol's and Vitamin C in the morning. Retinol is not as active with UV rays, etc so better to use it at night.
