The delicate brush head is for the most sensitive skin -- and I find it softer and gentler than the sensitive brush! Hope this helps!!!

The Delicate brush head is even more gentle than the Sensitive brush head. The Sensitive I'd say is a great all around brush - which is why it's so perfect for it to be included with most of the Clarisonic models, but if you still find it a tad too abrasive you may want to try the Delicate brush. You may also want to set your Clarisonic to the lowest speed setting if you have that option.

How does the delicate brush compare to the sensitive skin one?

I have the sensitive and it's fine but I wondered if the delicate one is markedly softer/more gentle?
