The bottle says 'apply once or twice daily to face, neck, and chest'. I only use it at night, since it is too think under foundation or powder.

I've never used this but the basic rule of thumb (that nobody seems to share) is go lightest to heaviest...so use a serum before a thicker product. Good luck!

This is the first application under the eye. I use an eye cream from Skin Medica on top, but that might be more than I need.
