well, drugs dont really bind to amino acids. Lipid soluble drugs are better absorbed because they can travel through membranes. As far as I know, three of vitamins are lipid soluble, the other four are more likely to be water soluble. It is not guaranteed that drugs will be absorbed: it depends on your body, how fast is your metabolism, if you take it before or after meal, etc.
BUT, I took it before breakfast as it is suggested, and I have yet seen any effect.
