What is the bioavailability of these vitamins, i.e. how much of them are 'guaranteed' to be absorbed as far as a percentage?
Are there any bindings with amino acids and enzymes to better ensure the deliverability and hence, the bioavailability of these vitamins, for example, as compared to less expensive vitamins with more or less the same minerals on the ingredients list?

well, drugs dont really bind to amino acids. Lipid soluble drugs are better absorbed because they can travel through membranes. As far as I know, three of vitamins are lipid soluble, the other four are more likely to be water soluble. It is not guaranteed that drugs will be absorbed: it depends on your body, how fast is your metabolism, if you take it before or after meal, etc.
BUT, I took it before breakfast as it is suggested, and I have yet seen any effect.
